Destination Cannabis will accept returns/exchanges for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition. No returns on opened or used supplements, unless otherwise stated. Please note, due to the subjective nature of CBD we do not offer any satisfaction guarantees of any sort and this is at the sole discretion of the particular brand you decide to purchase. You may contact us in advance of purchase to see if the brand you are considering has any satisfaction guarantee in place. In these cases, that manufacturer’s policy will ‘flow-through’ and Destination Cannabis can assist with the unlikely event of dissatisfaction. In general, we only provide replacements when a particular vendor issues any sort of recall or meets the criteria in the previous statement. Emails such as “I think I’ve got a bad batch” do not warrant replacements. Our manufacturers stringently test (and provide public analysis) all products and would be issuing a batch recall if there ever was an issue. Important: For CBD oil it is very important to always shake your bottle before each use. This is because the carrier oil is often coconut oil, which naturally separates at warmer room temperatures. If you do not shake, you may end up with thicker more bitter oil toward the bottom. Differences in taste, especially for our full spectrum products are to be expected due to the fact that each batch of hemp used can have slightly different profiles. We guarantee the amount of CBD on the bottle is always tested and met and can provide a certificate of analysis to back this up.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless an item was sent in error by “Destination Cannabis”. If exchanging, you will receive a store credit, and you can receive free shipping on your exchange item(s) if your new order qualifies for free shipping.
Store credit is issued upon receipt of your return.
A 10% Restocking Fee may be applied to returns that were shipped with Free Shipping. If you are keeping 50% of your order total and/or you paid for shipping at the time of the initial order, you will not be charged a restocking fee (original shipping charges are non-refundable). This is only to help us keep our shipping rates low for all customers. This rule becomes applicable once the order is marked shipped/complete whether or not the items have physically left our facility.
